遅ればせながら・・
2月14日から17日まで、ドイツのニュルンベルクで、世界最大級のナチュラル＆オーガニック食品の展示会がありました
日本ではまだまだヨーロッパに比べてオーガニックに対して、どうしてもオーガニックでないと！と言うこだわりは少ないのですが、
なるべく農薬を使っていない、農薬は使ってないけど有機認定は受けていない、添加物をなるべく使用しない、と言った、
ナチュラルな商品に関しては、年々興味が増していて、リクエストも多くなっていると実感します
その割にはびっくりする様な色目もあって、どこがナチュラル？と思うこともあるのですが（笑）
なかなか面白い展示会です

来年は2月13〜16日開催の予定です！
